Terms

You are purchasing a listing position on this leaderboard, ranked by amount paid. That is the entire product. Your payment buys a row on apps.bid showing your app name, tagline, icon, and a link to your URL, positioned according to how much you have paid relative to everyone else.

No traffic, clicks, impressions, or outcomes of any kind are promised or implied. We make no representation about how many people visit apps.bid, how many will see your listing, or how many will click it. We do not guarantee any commercial result, any SEO benefit, or any exposure whatsoever. Outbound links carry rel="nofollow noopener".

Rankings change whenever someone bids more. Your position is not held for any fixed period and may drop at any time — within seconds of you paying, or at any point afterwards. There is no minimum display duration, no reserved slot, and no notification when you are overtaken.

Ranking is by total amount paid, highest first. Ties are broken by whoever got there first. Bidding again with the same URL adds to your existing total rather than creating a second listing.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes cases where you are outbid immediately, where you change your mind, where your app shuts down, or where the listing did not produce the result you hoped for. The single exception is a rejected listing under section 5.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Initiating a chargeback for a delivered listing is a breach of these terms and the listing will be removed without refund.

We reject listings for:

• lending, credit, and cash-advance products
• crypto tokens or coin offerings
• gambling
• adult content
• anything illegal

Rejected bids are refunded in full. We may reject a listing before or after payment, at our sole discretion, and we do not have to explain the decision beyond naming the category. We also remove listings whose destination URL breaks, redirects somewhere unrelated, or starts serving something in the list above; where the listing was accurate when purchased and later changed, removal is without refund.

You confirm you have the right to list the app and to use the name, tagline, and icon you submit, and that they are not misleading. You are responsible for everything at your destination URL. We are not a party to anything that happens between you and someone who clicks your listing.

apps.bid is provided as is, with no warranty of uptime, continuity, or fitness for any purpose. We may change how the board looks or works at any time. If we shut the site down permanently, we will refund listings paid for within the preceding 30 days on a pro-rata basis; nothing older is refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to apps.bid is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost business opportunity.
